Having grown to $1.8B in AUM by operating through its balance sheet over the past two decades, Conquest is now collaborating with institutional capital to unlock opportunities within its core markets.
We are seeking an organised, proactive and capable Executive Assistant (EA) to support our COO - 100% on-site, in the office:
Key Responsibilities
Deliver sophisticated executive and administrative support, navigating complex priorities in a fast-paced setting to enable strategic focus for the COO
Exhibit advanced time management capabilities, thriving under deadline pressures while adeptly juggling multiple high-priority initiatives
Demonstrate exceptional administrative and organisational prowess, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
Foster superior communication and stakeholder engagement skills, building and maintaining relationships with senior executives, board members, investors, and external partners
Provide proactive diary management, optimising schedules to align with business objectives and executive availability
Arrange intricate domestic and international travel itineraries, including accommodations, visas, and contingency planning to ensure uninterrupted executive mobility
Undertake ad-hoc strategic tasks as directed by the COO or ELT team, adapting swiftly to evolving demands
Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders,



projecting a polished, qualified interface that reflects organisational excellence
Accurately capture meeting minutes, disseminate key insights, and track action items to drive accountability and timely deliverables
Oversee the progression of ongoing initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and resolution of dependencies
Efficiently manage information requests from diverse stakeholders, providing a responsive and authoritative first point of contact
Dynamically handle fluid calendars by negotiating appointments, resolving conflicts, and assembling comprehensive supporting materials
Facilitate impactful meetings through agenda development, confidential minute-taking, distribution, and rigorous follow-up on action items
Draft and refine executive correspondence, briefing materials, reports, and presentations with precision and insight
Conduct targeted research, synthesise findings, and deliver actionable intelligence to inform executive strategies
Evaluate, prioritise, and respond to incoming correspondence, monitoring follow-through to mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities
Compile and analyse data for administrative and financial reporting, supporting informed decision-making at the executive level
Collaborate across teams to achieve collective objectives, contributing expertise and initiative as needed




Safeguard sensitive information with unwavering confidentiality, adhering to ethical and legal standards essential for C-Suite operations
Essential Qualifications and Attributes
At least 5 years of progressive experience in a senior executive assistant role, ideally supporting C-level finance or leadership functions
Proven track record of delivering results within stringent timelines while handling confidential and proprietary information with integrity
Impeccable personal presentation that embodies professionalism and aligns with the organisation's core values and executive ethos
Superior digital literacy, with expert-level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, enabling data manipulation, financial modelling support, and seamless collaboration
Self-motivated and resilient, with a proactive mindset, reliability, and diplomatic finesse in high-pressure scenarios
Articulate verbal communication abilities, adept at conveying directives and fostering consensus among senior internal and external stakeholders
Highly refined organisational acumen, ensuring meticulous coordination of complex priorities
Adaptable and resilient, capable of pivoting to accommodate shifting workloads and strategic imperatives
Keen attention to detail, minimising errors in critical executive deliverables
Autonomous in execution, yet collaborative in approach, recognising the value of team alignment for optimal outcomes
Exemplary written communication skills, crafting clear, concise, and persuasive content for executive audiences
Unwavering loyalty and commitment to confidentiality, essential for trusted C‐Suite advisory support
