Jocelyn's Provisions in Albion is seeking an experienced Cake Decorator to icing and decorate cakes, cupcakes, slices, and brownies for stores and wholesale customers. You will craft custom celebration cakes, prepare icings, buttercreams, ganache and fillings, while maintaining WHS and HACCP standards.
Shifts start from 2pm with weekend work required. Minimum 2 years' decorating experience and robust pallet knife and piping skills are required; pastry chef qualifications are a bonus but not
