Coles Group is seeking a Team Leader - Despatch for our Chef Fresh warehouse site. You will lead and coach a team to work safely, efficiently and with accountability, driving key performance in despatch operations. The AM shift runs Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a rostered schedule.
You will influence stakeholders, promote a protected workplace and support ongoing development for your team as part of Coles Group's commitment to growth and internal career progression.
