Based at our Dandenong depot, this role offers hands-on exposure to all facets of bus operations. You'll be guided, coached and mentored by experienced operations leaders, gaining practical experience while developing the skills needed to progress.

Key Responsibilities
You will support the Depot Manager and Operations team with a range of operational and administrative duties, including:
Supporting daily depot and transport operations
Reviewing and retrieving CCTV footage
Assisting with basic investigations into minor incidents and complaints
Conducting compliance checks (pre-check inspections, cleanliness checks, licence checks)
Completing daily data entry into internal transport systems, including incidents, complaints and vehicle defects
Ordering uniforms for drivers and depot staff and maintaining accurate records
Preparing and maintaining operational reports (licence, performance and Myki reports)




General administrative duties, including stationery and depot supply orders
Taking minutes during disciplinary and operational meetings
