About the Role
Join a busy and supportive production team specialising in
steel security doors and frames
. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside experienced tradespeople across
powder coating, fabrication, and assembly
.
If you enjoy practical work, taking pride in quality, and being part of a team - this is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills and secure long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with
powder coating, fabrication, and assembly




Work with
hand and power tools
in a safe and efficient manner
Support production targets while maintaining
high-quality standards
Help maintain a
clean, organised, and safe workshop
Follow all
WHS policies and safety procedures
We're Looking For
Experience in manufacturing, production, or a trades assistant role
Confidence using hand tools and basic machinery
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
A reliable, team-oriented attitude
Availability for early starts (6:00 AM), Monday to Friday
