This position is vital to the Program Management Department, where the Senior Business Analyst will oversee a variety of projects, ranging from straightforward to highly complex. Reporting directly to the BA Team Leader, you will contribute to enhancing RACV's digital platforms.

What you'll do
Manage and analyze business requirements for diverse projects impacting RACV's websites and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a must.
Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.




Excellent communication abilities to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Minimum of 5 years in a business analysis role or similar capacity.
Nice to have
Experience in the insurance or membership sectors.
Skills & tools
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
