We're looking for a driven, fashion-loving Assistant Store Manager to step up and support the team at Stylerunner Karrinyup.

About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader.
You'll work closely with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression — for both you and your team.
What You'll Need
Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
A love for fashion, wellness, and premium product
Confident communication and people leadership skills
A proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance
Solid organisation, time management & operational know-how
A calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment
Ready to work a Sunday-Thursday roster

Support the Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team
Deliver standout customer experiences and solid KPI results
Manage floor operations, stock, visuals & daily processes
Help drive a strong, confident store culture
Coach casual team members and support training & development
Step up to run the store when needed
Uphold safety, compliance, and visual excellence
