Guest Experience Officer
to help create magical getaways for our guests. You will be a key player in ensuring every guest's stay is seamless and memorable.
You will help make every guest stay smooth, welcoming and memorable.
Welcome guests and provide front desk support
Manage bookings, payments and guest enquiries
Answer phone calls and emails promptly




Resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism
Promote park activities and accommodation options
A current Working with Children Check is required before starting.
