Eaglehawk North Primary School¿s vision was that as every learner moved through our school, they did so with mutual respect, a mindset of success, and a strong sense of social responsibility. Our four core values: respect for self, respect for others, respect for learning, and respect for the school environment formed the foundation of how we interacted and worked together as a community.
These values guided behaviour, decision-making and the culture we continued to build across the school. In ****, Eaglehawk North Primary School had an enrolment of 248 students, with approximately one third attracting Equity Funding. Our Student Family Occupation and Education (SFOE) Index was ******, with 117 students receiving Equity support. The school was structured into three teaching and learning teams: a Foundation-Year 2 team comprising two Foundation classes and three Year 1/2 classes; a Year 3/4 team with three classes; and a Year 5/6 team with four classes.
ENPS employs 40 staff, including classroom teachers, specialist teachers, education support staff and administrative staff. In ****, students access a broad specialist program including Visual Arts, Auslan, Music and Physical Education. School facilities include a well-resourced library, computer lab, multi-purpose room and canteen. The school also employs a part-time learning tutor and a speech therapist to support student learning. Our Education Support team,
made up of fulltime and part-time staff, provided essential support across administration, integration, library services, speech intervention and wellbeing.
