The Organisation is seeking a People Advisor for a regional role in Ballarat or Geelong. This 18-month fixed term position supports HR across the business, partnering with stakeholders on recruitment, performance management and ER case work, while ensuring contemporary practices and WHS policies are up to date.
Ideally you will be experienced in HR best practice, comfortable with SCHCADS awards, and skilled in data reporting and stakeholder relationships. Some travel to other sites is required.
