Tour & Event Coordinator - Inspire Brands
Part-time to start, transitioning to full-time
We are hitting the road. As we build toward our biggest national tour yet, we're looking for a
Tour & Event Coordinator
to help bring it to life - from first spark to final bump-out.
This is a hands-on coordination role at the centre of a fast-growing event and community brand in the barbering and hairdressing industry. You'll work closely with the Founder and a tight-knit team to help plan, coordinate and deliver events that barbers, sponsors and the broader industry genuinely look forward to.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years' experience coordinating events (medium to large scale preferred)
Solid project management and organisational skills - you thrive on structure and follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple moving parts, stakeholders and deadlines at once
Confident working to established processes and frameworks,



with the discipline to keep things on track even when it's busy
A team player who's calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys the energy of live events
A good understanding of Social Media
A Background in Hairdressing / Barbering is preferred
The role:
Starting at 2-3 days per week, moving to full-time from mid-January **** as we ramp up toward the tour
Hybrid/flexible working arrangement
The role will involve both Interstate Travel as well as into New Zealand
