Responsibilities
Assist kitchen staff with food preparation
Be sure to follow infection control and secure food handling regulations and procedures.
Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy
Wash, stack and dry dishes and utensils, and ensure bench tops are clean and sanitized
Assist with maintaining stock levels and ordering
Have knowledge of older residents diet requirements
