Your Daily Roundup:
Inbound Call Wrangler:You'll be the first point of contact for our stockists, using your customer service skills and industry knowledge to offer practical solutions faster than a horse on a sugar rush!
Whether it's providing the right information or helping restock their supply of animal care products, you're the go‐to guru.
Customer Care Outbounder:Alongside handling inbound queries, part of your week will be spent making warm,



structured outbound calls to ag stores and vet clinics we already work with.
Each call will have a transparent focus, whether it's around a specific product or a seasonal need, and you'll make sure our partners are stocked, supported, and ready for what's ahead.
Problem-Solver Extraordinaire:Got a query, or someone in your inbox who needs a problem solved?
You'll dig into our treasure trove of information, draw on your understanding of the ag or vet space, and find the right solution, making our customers purr with satisfaction.
Most of all, you'll guide ag stores and vet clinics to the right products or the right person to help them out, in turn helping farmers and animal owners care for their animals with the best supplies in the business.
