Are you ready to join a rapid-growth startup solving real-world problems?
We are partnering with a well-funded tech startup stationed right at the bleeding edge of their industry. With a massive runway and incredible founders, they are tackling a deeply technical problem space.. building a high-performance visual platform that transforms massive, fast-moving datasets into clean, simple interfaces. They're not building just another SaaS tool; they are building the core visualization platform for their sector.
To drive this, they are seeking a Frontend leaning Senior Full Stack Developer who thinks like a Product Owner — someone who cares deeply about UI/UX, customer journeys, and shipping features users actually love.
This is a genuine product-focused role for a builder who loves turning ambitious ideas into reliable software and treating customer trust as core engineering work. You'll be working directly with the founders and their newly hired data and modeling specialists to shape the user experience, the product, and a highly collaborative engineering culture.
What you'll be doing:
Owning and extending the full stack, designing and shipping customer-facing features with a heavy focus on highly interactive, real-time visual UIs.
Making pragmatic architectural decisions on modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Serverless),
collaborating with specialized data and modeling engineers to ensure reliability and scale.
Spending real time with early customers—investigating issues and turning recurring pain points into durable product improvements.
Setting the engineering standard, guiding product trade-offs (knowing when to ship vs. when to polish), and keeping the product simple and focused.
What you'll bring to the team:
Battle-tested experience as a Senior Software Engineer, with deep technical skills across modern stacks (we're looking for solid fundamentals in TypeScript, React/Next.js, Python, and/or AWS Serverless).
A strong product mindset; You are commercial, adaptable, and comfortable with rapid feature iteration and user-led changes.
Proven experience working with data-rich systems, translating complex workflows into clean, simple user designs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain a design choice to a peer, a trade-off to a founder and a feature directly to an end-user.
What else is offered:
A highly competitive base salary $180,000 up to $200,000 + super, paired with a significant equity (ESOP) stake.
A long runway, robust financial backing, and an incredibly exciting problem space.
