Thrive Group Tasmania is seeking an experienced OSHC Program Coordinator to lead and manage the day-to-day outside school hours care programs in the greater Launceston region.
You will design play- and leisure-based programs, coordinate staff and volunteers, and implement risk-management plans in line with policy and National Quality Standards.
You will support families with progress updates, provide staff training guidance, and collaborate with educators to maintain high-quality OSHC services
