Full-Time / Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant

What you'll be doing
Providing friendly and professional customer service at the pharmacy counter, responding to customer enquiries and concerns
Maintaining stock levels, ordering supplies, and conducting regular stock takes as required
Performing administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping in accordance with pharmacy standards
Assisting with the organisation and presentation of products on pharmacy shelves
Supporting health promotion activities and customer education initiatives
Complying with all relevant pharmacy legislation, regulations, and company policies
Working collaboratively with the pharmacy team to provide a high standard of service
What we're looking for
A Pharmacy Assistant qualification (such as S2/S3 certificate)
A minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience is required to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical operations and customer service excellence
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy,



particularly when handling medications and processing prescriptions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work
A willingness to learn and develop within the pharmacy environment
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with pharmacy software systems
An understanding of patient confidentiality and ability to maintain professional standards at all times
Fluency in Greek would be highly valued
Valid Australian work rights are required, including any valid work visa or appropriate work authorisation

Reliable, honest, and well presented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Certificate II and III in Community Pharmacy
Knowledge of pharmacy products
