We are currently seeking an experienced and hands‐on Store Manager to lead our retail showroom in Preston.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys driving sales, developing teams, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading day‐to‐day store and showroom operations
Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs
Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
Managing rosters, onboarding and team performance
Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues
Overseeing stock control, stocktakes and inventory management
Maintaining high showroom presentation and merchandising standards
Managing reporting, banking, budgeting and operational compliance
Supporting warehouse and delivery operations where required
Ensuring compliance with WH&S; policies and safe work practices
What We're Looking For
Previous retail management experience in a fast-paced setting
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven ability to drive sales performance and team results
Excellent communication, organisational and problem‐solving skills
Confidence using POS systems, Microsoft Office and retail management systems
A hands‐on approach with the ability to support all areas of store operations
Availability to work Saturdays as part of a roster
Experience in bathroom, plumbing, hardware, renovation or interior retail will be highly regarded.
Physical Requirements of the Role
This role includes both showroom and operational responsibilities and involves regular standing, walking and manual handling tasks, including safely lifting and moving products up to *****kg.
