We are seeking a Change Manager who will drive structured change management practices to assess impacts, build strong stakeholder engagement, and support impacted groups through operational transitions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the change management strategy and plan for the project, aligning with broader business objectives
Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify affected groups and tailor engagement accordingly
Lead the development of communications collateral including FAQs, newsletter articles, fact sheets, presentations, senior leader messages, and videos
Execute the change and communications strategy to keep internal and external audiences informed of progress and impacts




Identify training needs and coordinate learning/adoption support for impacted staff
Assess change readiness and track adoption metrics, escalating risks or resistance to project leadership
Plan and deliver key events, including project showcases, roundtables, and consultation forums with external
stakeholders
Essential Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience applying a structured change management methodology
Strategic communication and stakeholder management experience, especially in quick-paced, complex environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to translate complex/technical change into plain-language messaging
Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise competing requests, often against tight timeframes
Experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments
Government sector experience (desirable, not essential)
