About the Role
We're seeking motivated and reliable people to join our growing team.
Whether you're an experienced arborist or someone looking to build a long-term career in the industry, this is an excellent opportunity to work alongside qualified arborists on a diverse range of projects.
We undertake:
Tree pruning to Australian Standard AS****
Tree removals
Stump grinding
Vegetation management
Council contract works - cyclic pruning of street trees (no power line clearance work)
Commercial projects
Residential tree services
These positions are primarily full-time, however part-time and casual arrangements may be considered for the right applicant.
Your Typical Day Will Include
Performing skilled tree pruning, shaping and maintenance in accordance with AS****




Assisting with tree removals and dismantling operations
Operating stump grinders, wood chippers, loaders, EWPs and other specialised arboricultural equipment
Driving company vehicles (MR licence highly regarded)
Maintaining equipment and ensuring vehicles are kept clean and presentable
Working safely and contributing to a strong safety culture
Providing friendly, professional service to our residential, commercial and council clients
Working as part of a supportive, high-performing team
Essential Requirements
Current driver's licence
Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Experience using chainsaws and polesaws
Reliable, punctual and motivated
Ability to work safely within a team
Comfortable working around heavy machinery and equipment
Highly Regarded
MR Truck Licence
White card
EWP High Risk Work Licence
Chainsaw experience
First Aid & CPR
Arboriculture industry experience
ESI qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude
Sound knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
