What you'll be doing
No two days are the same.
In this hands‐on role you'll:
Service, maintain and repair a broad range of construction and earthmoving equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
Complete machine inspections and pre‐delivery preparations
Carry out repairs to manufacturer standards
Accurately complete service reports, job cards and maintenance records
Work closely with your workshop team to keep jobs moving efficiently
Follow safety, quality and company procedures at all times
Help improve equipment reliability and minimise downtime for our customers
What we're looking for
You take pride in your work, enjoy solving technical problems and have a genuine passion for working on heavy machinery.
You'll ideally have:
A trade qualification in Mobile Plant Technology, Diesel Fitting, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics or similar
Experience working on earthmoving, construction, mining or mobile plant equipment
Strong fault‐finding and diagnostic skills
Valuable hydraulic and mechanical knowledge
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A commitment to safety and delivering quality workmanship
