We are an establishedcontract cleaningcompany based in Melbourne with operations throughout Victoria.
We are currently seeking anArea Manager with experience in retail environments and/or shopping centres to join our team.In this role you will be required to manage a portfolio of sites throughout Melbourne South-east suburbs.
We will require you to provide ahigh quality service to our clients, as well as support to Site Supervisors and staff through your extensive knowledge and experience in the cleaning industry, in particular a retail environment.
You must also be prepared to "Get your hands dirty" to train and educate staff on correct methodology and processes to achieve optimum results.
To be suitable for this role you must have substantial experience in the cleaning industry and display the following attributes:-

The ability to develop solid relationships with clients
Hardworking
High level of integrity
Extensive knowledge of cleaning solutions & operations
Proven track record required
Be prepared to be hands on when required
