We're looking for enthusiastic Casual Store Attendants to join our Malvern, Boronia and Patterson Lakes stores.

The Role As a Casual Store Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating a positive in-store experience for every customer.
From helping customers find the right product to keeping the store looking its best, no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service
Assisting customers with product recommendations and purchases
Processing sales through the point-of-sale system
Replenishing shelves and maintaining attractive product displays
Receiving and unpacking deliveries
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented store
Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy




Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily store goals
Following all liquor licensing requirements and store procedures
About You
You'll be someone who:
Enjoys providing outstanding customer service
Is reliable, motivated and eager to learn
Thrives in a busy retail environment
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
Is flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
