From acquisitions and disposals to restructures, governance and shareholder arrangements, you'll be involved in significant transactions from inception through to completion across a diverse range of industries.
You'll work alongside Partners who built their careers at large national firms before choosing a boutique environment that better reflects how they want to practise law.
