This is a rare ground-floor seat: your role will evolve as the business does.
The Role
No two days look the same.
One day you're filming for TikTok, the next you're prepping products for a campaign shoot.
If you love variety, take initiative, and want to learn how a brand actually gets built — this is for you.
What you'll do
Create
Plan monthly content strategy alongside the Founder.
Film, edit and post short-form video for Instagram & TikTok.
Shoot product photography and promo content.
Spot trends early and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Support influencer collabs and community engagement.
Keep our brand voice consistent everywhere.
Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders.
Receive, organise and manage stock.




Prep products for campaigns, launches and events.
Keep the warehouse running smooth.
Grow the brand
Head to the Gold Coast each quarter to shoot campaigns with the Founder.
Help launch new products and bring big ideas to life.
