About the role
Your responsibilities will include:




Upholstering bedheads, bed frames and other furniture
Working confidently with both fabric and leather
Cutting fabric, leather, foam and other materials
Making, adjusting and working from upholstery patterns
Working from drawings, samples and production specifications
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and finish
Assisting with new product development and prototypes when required
Working with the team to meet production requirements
About you
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience as a furniture upholsterer
Has experience working with both leather and fabric
Can cut materials and make upholstery patterns
Can work independently and as part of a small team
Takes pride in producing quality work
Has strong attention to detail
Is reliable, practical and able to meet production timeframes
Experience with bedheads and upholstered bedroom furniture would be highly regarded.
