About The Role
As our Assistant Property Manager, you'll provide administrative and operational support across leasing, property management and resident services.
You'll be a key point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally while supporting the team to deliver an exceptional living experience.
This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity concluding in August ****.
In This Role, You Will
Support the leasing journey from enquiry through to move-in.
Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective and current residents via phone, email and online platforms.
Process rental applications and maintain accurate leasing documentation.
Maintain resident, prospect and leasing records within property management systems.
Prepare lease documentation and assist with lease renewals.
Assist residents with general enquiries and digital platform support.
Receive, triage and escrow maintenance requests as required.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance enquiries and follow-up actions.
Support arrears administration and general property management activities.
Collaborate with the onsite team to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
Contribute to achieving leasing and occupancy targets through outstanding customer service.
Skills & Experience Required
You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You'll Also Bring
Previous experience in property management, residential leasing, Build to Rent, real estate or customer service.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Completed Cert IV in Real Estate in Practice (VIC)
Confidence using property management systems, CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
Unrestricted working rights in AU & Valid National Police Check
