About the role
Join our dynamic and expanding national team as a Senior Associate, where you will collaborate closely with Kirsty Faichen and Anthony Longland, two highly regarded specialists in employment law and industrial relations.
Our team is involved in a diverse range of projects, providing strategic advice to clients across various sectors, including energy and resources, construction, manufacturing, financial services, retail and higher education.
With a strong focus on high-quality technical work, you will engage with prominent clients on matters ranging from enterprise bargaining and workplace change to dispute resolution and compliance issues.

You will have
A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Senior Associate, with a strong background in employment law and industrial relations.
Excellent analytical and research skills to navigate and apply the array of employment and industrial relations laws and regulations.
Strong communication skills to provide timely, commercially-focused advice to clients and contribute to team discussions.
A commitment to client service and the ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.
A collaborative team spirit, fostering effective internal relationships to enhance teamwork and project outcomes.
A willingness to embrace new technologies, including AI-enabled legal tools, as part of your ongoing professional development.
Ideally you would also have experience in some of the following areas
Disputes and industrial relations matters in the Fair Work Commission, federal and state tribunals and the Courts.
Advising on enterprise bargaining processes and managing industrial action, including multi-site campaigns.
General employment law issues including unfair dismissal, general protections,



post-employment restrictions, executive terminations and complex investigations.
Strategic workforce planning and structuring, particularly in relation to major projects and transactions.
