CJD Equipment has an exciting opportunity for an experiencedField Service Technicianto join our team as aresident technician servicing the Bathurst, Orange and Cowra region.
In this autonomous role, you'll performpreventative and corrective maintenanceon a range ofVolvo Construction Equipment, providing exceptional service and support to customers across Central West NSW.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Volvo construction machines
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults
Work autonomously in the field to complete scheduled and breakdown servicing and repairs
Utilise computer-based diagnostic tools and parts catalogues
Coordinate service bookings and communicate directly with customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the Central West region
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety procedures and company standards
About You
Qualified Heavy Diesel, Heavy Vehicle or Mobile Plant Mechanic (or equivalent)
Current MR Licence
Experience with construction, earthmoving or heavy equipment
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities




Able to work independently and manage your own workload
Willing to travel throughout the Central West region
A proactive team player with a solid commitment to safety
