About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance, compliance, and service delivery across a multi‐site portfolio.
You will lead and support site supervisors and cleaning teams while ensuring operational, safety, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
You will play a key role in workforce planning, client relationship management, KPI performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple client sites
Ensure contractual KPIs and hygiene standards are consistently achieved
Conduct regular site inspections and performance audits
Identify and address service gaps with corrective action plans
Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and onsite teams
Manage labour planning, rostering, and workforce performance




Maintain compliance with WHS and industry regulations
Prepare KPI reports and operational updates using Microsoft Office
Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact
Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
About You
Proven experience in an Operations Manager or Senior Supervisor role within commercial cleaning or facilities services
Robust understanding of WHS and compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage multi‐site portfolios and large teams
Excellent labour planning and workforce coordination skills
Strong client relationship management capability
Commercially aware with a focus on efficiency and performance
Proactive, solutions-focused, and team-oriented
Confident using Microsoft Office for reporting and KPI tracking
