Medical Receptionist (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Are you a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Medical Receptionist looking to join a modern and growing healthcare team?
CoreVue Radiology is a brand-new comprehensive imaging centre located in the heart of Kew, close to cafés, shops, public transport, and convenient street parking.
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our practice and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will help create a warm and professional environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.
This is an exciting prospect to join a new practice and contribute to its growth from the very beginning.
About the Role
Greet patients warmly and assist with check‐in procedures
Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
Schedule appointments and manage patient enquiries
Advise patients of preparation requirements prior to appointments
Process billing for private patients, Medicare, WorkCover, and DVA
Collaborate with clerical and technical staff, specialists, and referrers
Assist in maintaining an efficient and welcoming clinic environment
What We Are Looking For
A passion for providing outstanding patient care and customer service




Previous medical reception experience (radiology experience highly regarded)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with patients from diverse backgrounds
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
Proficiency in medical practice management software and the Microsoft Office suite
A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
