Pickney ELC is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes.
You will assist participants to live as independently as possible, promote choice, dignity and inclusion, and work in a team with other support workers, families and professionals.
Roles involve day, afternoon and overnight shifts within 24/7 rosters, with staffing ratios ranging from 1:2 to 1:3.
Ongoing training and career development are provided in a supportive setting.
