About the Role
As a Graduate Lawyer, you will play an important role in managing and coordinating investigations relating to workers' compensation and personal injury claims.
Your work will involve analysing evidence, assessing legal issues and ensuring our clients receive clear, accurate and professionally prepared reports.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and coordinating a portfolio of factual investigations for Victorian workers' compensation insurers and law firms.
Assisting with workplace investigations.
Reviewing evidence and identifying relevant legal and factual issues.
Editing and quality assuring investigation reports.




Liaising with investigators, clients and legal practitioners.
Developing a strong understanding of workers' compensation legislation and insurance investigations.
About You
We're looking for someone who is motivated, curious and enjoys analysing complex information.
You will have:
A Bachelor of Laws (LLB or JD) or be in the final stages of completing your law degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong computer skills.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Previous experience in insurance, workers' compensation or investigations is welcome butnot essential.
