About the Role
As a Security Officer, you will play an important role in protecting our clients' people, property and assets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
Access control and visitor management
Concierge and customer service duties




Foot patrols and site inspections
CCTV and alarm monitoring
Incident response and emergency management
Report writing and electronic record keeping
Liaising with clients, contractors and emergency services
Maintaining a professional and visible security presence
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Current Victorian Security Licence
Current First Aid Certificate
Woring With Childrens Check (WWCC) Employee
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service focus
Professional presentation and reliable work ethic
Valuable computer literacy
Ability to work day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts as part of a rotating roster
If Visa Holder, you need valid working rights
Highly Desirable
Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Operator accreditation
Previous experience in corporate, government or critical infrastructure security
Experience operating CCTV, access control and security management systems
