You will engage with customers and their support networks to understand needs and recommend solutions, demonstrate products, prepare quotes, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
You will manage enquiries, keep records up to date, coordinate deliveries and service requests, build product knowledge, and identify current sales opportunities to lift the customer experience.
Local travel may be required.
