This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant with 2–4 years of public practice experience who is looking to develop their technical skills and progress their career in a collaborative environment.
The Opportunity Working closely with experienced Managers and Partners, you will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries including qualified services, construction, healthcare, hospitality, and family-owned businesses.
This role offers a clear pathway for skilled growth, ongoing mentoring, and exposure to complex client work that will accelerate your development.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
Preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and IAS
Assisting with tax planning and compliance matters
Liaising directly with clients and responding to queries
Supporting senior team members with advisory engagements
Managing client deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables
Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
About You
2–4 years' experience within a public practice accounting firm




Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline
Commenced or intending to commence CA or CPA studies
Strong understanding of Australian taxation and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
A proactive attitude and desire to continue learning
