Due to continued growth, we are looking for amotivated, hardworking juniorto join our installation team.
While we arecurrently strengthening our Sunshine Coast / North Brisbane coverage, we encourage applications from across the wider Brisbane region.
This is a hands-on, outdoor role, perfect for someone young, fit, and keen to build a long-term career in construction.
Role Overview
As a Junior Pool Installer, you'll work in a3-man crewas part of a larger installation team, delivering high-quality fibreglass pool installations across South East Queensland.
Our team works closely alongsidecrane operators, excavation contractors, electricians, and site supervisorsto take a job from a hole in the ground through to a fully installed swimming pool.
The process includes:
Setting up and preparing the site for installation
Usinglaser levelsto achieve accurate heights and positioning
Assisting withcrane liftsto place the pool shell into position




Operating and assisting withbobcats and compaction equipmentto prepare and stabilise the base
Plumbing the pool using PVC materials, ensuring everything is installed to standard and ready for filtration
Carefullybackfilling and filling the pool, maintaining precise levels, wall alignment, and positioning throughout
Preparing the surrounding area ready for the concreting team to follow
Each job is different, and you'll typically spend a few days on one site before moving to the next.
This is ahighly team-based role, working closely with both internal crews and external contractors to deliver a quality finished product.

Interest in construction or trades
Requirements
Construction White Card
Driver's licence and reliable transport (must be able to get to site each day)
