About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, this is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape the people, culture and HSEQ agenda during a period of significant organisational change.
Leading a team of HR and HSE professionals, you will drive workforce capability, culture, safety and organisational performance while acting as a trusted adviser to the CEO, Board and senior leadership team.

You are an experienced People & Culture executive with a proven track record leading people strategies within complex, operationally intensive organisations and geographically dispersed workforces.
You bring:
Demonstrated success leading organisational transformation and change.
Deep expertise across workforce planning, talent, culture, employee relations and leadership development.
Strong safety leadership credentials, including wellbeing and psychosocial risk management.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with credibility at Executive and Board level.
A pragmatic, resilient and authentic leadership style that builds trust and drives results.
