What You'll Be Doing:
Interpreting and processing parts requirements for internal and external customers




Liaising with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely supply of parts
Managing stock levels and ordering parts from suppliers
Invoicing and maintaining accurate records in the parts system
Providing exceptional customer service at the front counter and over the phone
Ensuring parts are received, stored, and dispatched correctly
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar Spare Parts role (preferably in an automotive dealership environment)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment
Knowledge of automotive parts and systems (Mazda & GWM experience highly regarded)
Sound computer skills and experience with inventory software systems
