Who You Are:
A Retail Leader with at least 2+ years' multi-site experience and a strong track record in managing financial budgets
Sales Strategist who sets targets, forecasts growth, and drives results
Safety Champion with deep WHS knowledge and a sharp eye for detail
People Connector who builds strong relationships and communicates with impact
Automotive Enthusiast who's ready to take their career to the next level
What You'll Do:
Lead and energise store teams across Victoria
Execute company strategy and hit performance targets
Maximise revenue and manage expenses




Build strong supplier relationships
Champion safety and compliance
Drive talent development and team growth
