Lucky Boy Agency is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Collingwood.
You'll work alongside our team delivering communications and social media management for a portfolio of client accounts, helping shape strategy and execution across a variety of brands.
Key Responsibilities
Manage social media strategy, content, and community management across multiple client accounts
Develop communications plans and campaigns tailored to each client's brand and goals
Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, building robust working relationships
Analyse campaign performance and report on results to clients and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and account managers to deliver integrated campaigns




Stay ahead of social media and communications trends across industries
About You
Solid experience in social media management and/or communications, ideally agency-side
Confident managing multiple client accounts and competing priorities
Sound understanding of social analytics and reporting tools
Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
What We Offer
Salary range $65,000-$75,000 + superannuation
