Senior Medical Receptionist – Leadership Opportunity
Vision Radiology | Greensborough
Vision Radiology is seeking an experienced and motivatedSenior Medical Receptionistto join our growing team at our Greensborough clinic.
This is afull-time position (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday, withno weekend work, making it the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a rewarding leadership role with excellent work‐life balance.
We're looking for a confident leader who can drive the day-to-day success of the clinic, support and mentor the administration team, and deliver an exceptional experience for our patients and referrers.
About the Role
As our Senior Medical Receptionist, you'll be responsible for leading the administration team while remaining hands‐on in the daily operation of the clinic.
You'll work closely with management to ensure the clinic runs efficiently, maintain high service standards, and build a positive, high‐performing team culture.
The successful applicant will complete a comprehensive 4-6 week training program across our Diamond Creek and Bulleen clinics before commencing in the Greensborough clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop the reception team.
Oversee the day-to-day administration and workflow of the clinic.
Drive a positive, patient-focused culture.
Coordinate daily staffing requirements and task allocation.
Train, mentor and support new and existing team members.
Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
Manage appointments, patient enquiries and front desk operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referrers and the wider clinical team.




Identify opportunities to improve clinic performance and efficiency.
About You
We're looking for someone who leads by example and enjoys creating a supportive, high‐performing workplace.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist (radiology experience highly regarded but not essential).
Experience in a senior reception or leadership role.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
A proactive attitude with excellent problem‐solving skills.
The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast‐paced environment.
A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and supporting your team.
