Licensed Surveyor / Hybrid Set Up - occasional travel to Sheparton / Echuca region

We've partnered with a well-established survey business looking to bring on a Licensed Surveyor to support its next stage of growth.
Its a genuinely rewarding opportunity where you'll be making key decisions alongside senior stakeholders in the business, with real input into how the cadastral side runs.
The workload is already there.
This isnt a business development role; you'll be working on incoming instructions from existing clients, including developers and builders.
WFH flexibility is as much as you need, and you'll have free rein to manage the cadastral function your way.
About the Licensed Surveyor Role
Preparing accurate survey plans,



drawings, and reports in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Preparing, lodging and monitoring land division applications through the portal
Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Providing expert advice and guidance on surveying-related matters
Mentoring and training junior surveyors to develop their skills and expertise once on board
Licensed Surveyor Experience & Skills
Registered / Licensed Surveyor in Australia, or very close to completing PTA
Strong understanding of cadastral principles, land surveying laws, and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
