We're looking for
experienced, reliable
Disability Support Workers who feel confident supporting people with challenging behaviours.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering consistent, person‐centred support
Providing confident, safe support to participants with complex or challenging behaviours. Your experience with big behaviours isn't just helpful — it's valued
Assisting with daily living, community access and meaningful routines supporting people in meaningful, practical, everyday ways
Helping participants develop skills, independence, and confidence
Contributing to long‐term improvements in quality of life
Supporting with Personal Care is a mandatory part of this role
You'll be supporting people at one of our sites in the hills district and in the community, helping them build confidence, skills, and independence.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Experience in disability support (NDIS or related sector)
Mandatory personal care, Driving Mini Busses and Driving company vehicles
Confidence working with behaviours that may challenge
Reliability,



showing up when you're needed matters
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
First Aid & CPR certification

Currently we have an urgent need for Mandarin-speaking Support Workers and anyone who can work in Children Services (After School Care) from 3pm to 6pm.
