National Commercial Builder in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join our growing team. You will manage the full life cycle of complex contracts, supporting and mentoring junior Contract Administrators.
Reporting to the Commercial and Project Managers, you will lead subcontract administration, manage claims, variations, EOTs, RFIs, site instructions, and final accounts, with solid organisational systems and dispute resolution.
