A successful Business Analyst should have:
3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a Big 5 or Tier 2 consulting background.
Demonstrated experience with SuccessFactors.
Solid capability in data migration, data modelling, and process design.
Proven ability to work with end‐users and stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to produce high-quality documentation and process artefacts.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
