What you'll be responsible for:
You'll lead our Support Centre and work closely with our leadership team to ensure our business continues to scale while staying agile.
Lead and develop our Support Centre leadership team.
Translate strategy into action and ensure priorities are executed.
Drive operational excellence across the business.
Use data and insights to improve performance and make better decisions.
Build strong collaboration across departments.
Coach leaders and grow future talent.
Remove roadblocks so teams can perform at their best.
Lead change confidently as our business continues to evolve.
Improve systems, processes and ways of working.
Create an environment where innovation, ownership and accountability thrive.
