About the Role
As a Track Safety Marshal, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every customer has a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience.
This is a casual weekend position offering approximately ***** hours per week, with additional hours available during busy periods and public and school holidays.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising go-kart sessions and maintaining a safe racing environment
Briefing customers on safety procedures and track rules
Monitoring races and responding quickly to incidents
Assisting guests on and off the track
Performing basic kart checks and minor maintenance tasks
Preparing karts for racing sessions
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the track and surrounding areas
Delivering outstanding customer service to every guest




Working closely with teammates to ensure events run safely and efficiently
No two days are the same, and you will be kept busy in a fun, high-energy environment.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced workplace.
You'll ideally have:
A friendly, outgoing and energetic personality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong commitment to safety
Outstanding customer service skills
Basic mechanical aptitude (preferred but not essential)
Basic computer skills
Robust organisational and time management skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
A reliable work ethic and the ability to follow procedures
A high level of physical fitness
An interest in motorsport or go-karting (advantageous)
Availability to work weekends, evenings, public holidays and school holidays on a rotating roster
Please note:
This is an active outdoor role involving standing for extended periods, walking, pushing karts and working in varying weather conditions.
