About the Role
As an Assistant Educator, you'll play an important role in creating meaningful experiences for children every day.
Working closely with your Lead Educator, you will:
Build genuine relationships with children and families
Support the implementation of engaging, play-based learning experiences
Assist with observations and documentation
Help create beautiful, inviting learning environmentsPromote children's wellbeing, confidence and independence
Contribute to a positive and cooperative team culture




Full-time positions are 38 hours/week across our operating hours of 6:30am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with shifts rostered across an 8-hour day.

About You
You'll ideally have:
A certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
A current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
A current National Foundations Child Safety Training certificate
Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Children's Services Regulations
A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
A genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive team and wants to help create an exceptional early learning environment where children, families, and educators thrive.
