With a strong pipeline of maintenance, refurbishment, and installation projects, this company is known for operational excellence, technical expertise, and a culture that values leadership, accountability, and team development.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join their team. This is a full-time leadership role with ownership of the service department, offering direct impact on operations, team performance, and client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing
Leading the service team, including technicians and apprentices, and mentoring for performance improvement
Managing day-to-day service operations, workflow, and scheduling
Preparing and issuing service quotations and ensuring works are delivered on time and on budget
Maintaining client relationships and managing enquiries to resolution
Overseeing preventive maintenance, reactive service, and long-term maintenance contracts




Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient operationsEnsuring compliance with OH&S;, statutory, and environmental requirements
Reporting on service performance, budgets, and key KPIs to Directors
Driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence within the service department
What we're looking for
Proven leadership experience in the HVAC or related services industry
Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships
Excellent communication skills across all levels of stakeholders
Confident decision-maker, highly organised, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (chillers, VRF systems, package units, controls, ventilation)
Current driver's licence with a clean record
Commitment to fostering a safe, accountable, and cooperative team environment
