About the role:
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you play a key role in supporting leaders across Victoria and Tasmania to build engaged, high-performing and compliant workplaces.



Reporting into a Senior Business Partner, you'll partner with operational leaders on employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR), workforce challenges, organisational change, people strategy and projects. This a hands-on role where you'll influence outcomes, navigate complex people matters and contribute to initiatives that strengthen the employee experience.
Partner with managers to provide practical advice across ER, performance, conduct and workplace matters
Lead and support investigations, grievance resolution and disciplinary processes in line with organisational processes, policy and values, and industrial obligations
Provide expert guidance on enterprise agreements, awards and workforce legislation
Support organisational change initiatives, consultation processes and workforce transitions
Collaborate with leaders to identify workforce solutions that support operational performance and employee experience
Contribute to People & Culture projects, reporting, workforce insights and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in enterprise bargaining activities and support strategic people initiatives across the organisation
This a full-time role working Monday to Friday,



with hybrid working opportunities available. You will have a North-West Metro Melbourne portfolio and the ideal candidate will be able to travel to sites and services located within this region on a weekly basis.
This is the place for you if you have:
Tertiary qualifications in human resources and/or ER/IR or equivalent industry experience
Proven HR or People & Culture experience within a complex, multi-site environment
Strong employee and industrial relations capability with sound judgement and commercial thinking
Experience managing sensitive workplace matters from investigation through to resolution
Confidence interpreting enterprise agreements, awards and employment legislation
Experience supporting organisational change, consultation and workforce planning initiatives
Ability to influence and build credibility with leaders at all levels
Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
A proactive approach to delivering practical solutions and measurable outcomes
Essentials for working in Aged Care:
Acurrent Working With Children's Check (VIC) or willingness to obtain one
Full Australian working rights
A current Police Records Check/NDIS Clearance or be willing to undertake this process
Current flu and ongoing vaccinations
